We should be able to identify people who educate us, who inspire us, who motivate us, who encourage us and think or believe that we do have what it takes to be prosperous, happy and healthy or who empower us or challenge us to reach for the big goals that we think are impossible. After knowing the people who fuel us with energy or motivation, we must find ways to stay connected with them.
Until we are qualified, matured, strengthened and focused about our goals and aspirations, we should stay in contact with those people who are really interested in sharing their insights, experiences and knowledge in order to help us achieve what we want in life. We tend to get demotivated over the period, so it is wise to stay connected with the positive energy people. We don't remain motivated or inspired for a long time so we need that prep talk to uplift our spirit.
There are millions of people who get motivated once in a while but they don't stay energized all the time as a result they fail to accomplish their desires. It is good to get connected with mentors, coaches, and teachers who inspire us.
My wife says that when she talks to me she gets encouraged and motivated automatically. So I ensure that I educate and inspire her to go for the dreams. She feels enthused and charged up. She is able to remain motivated and on course because she stays connected with me for I give her the encouragement or support that she needs to fulfil her ambition of life.
By nature or by law, I always educate and empower people who I come across and I have never really discouraged anyone from pursuing their dreams. I often see the the ability that is there with the individuals and I don't see what they can't be rather I see what they can be. I always believe that people have incredible ability to be prosperous and live a beautiful life. It is only a matter of decision before long they can have what they want.
There are people by nature who are negative and their attitude is disheartening because they never think they can lead a better life. These people need to associate with people who have positive outlook about prosperity, money, health, relationship and spirituality. It is obvious that having an active association with successful people can make us successful in life too.
Without connection with the teachers, gurus, mentors or coaches we can never really make a big progress in life. You got to short-list who you will be in constant touch with and who you will dissociate with. However stay associated with those who make your life easier and better.
The funny thing is that we associate and stay connected with people who are victims and negative in attitude. They pull us down by default and that really programmes us to be failures. This can never bring the results we look for.
Therefore, make up your mind to associate with your mentors or friends who are encouraging, inspiring and fascinating. This way you will be motivated and empowered enough to pursue your ambition. Choose people wisely and associate with them as much as you can.

It is better to be selfish than to sacrifice oneself.
It is better to be selfish than to be unselfish. Being selfish means you are independent, free, rich, polite and all the good you could think. However selfish doesn't mean you are dishonest, crazy, unreal or unjust. People usually think being selfish is wrong and being unselfish is right. But this way of looking at the philosophy has caused a tremendous damage to our human civilization on this earth.
Right from the childhood we learn that we should follow altruism, but that is a wrong programming that we grow with. Our parents expect us to be helpful and look after others when in times of needs and we feel obliged to extend our help because we think it is a natural law to be altruistic.
When we travel by planes, we normally hear,'first put on your oxygen mask and then if you can, help secure other's mask. This is truth. This is not being selfish. The people when they are flying in the sky they understand that the guideline is not selfish and they follow in the sky, but the moment they land on the earth, the whole thing turns upside down. We must follow the same thing here on earth too. It applies more here in our daily activities.
If people understand their purpose in life, they will definitely prefer to be selfish and they will be ambitious in order satisfy or achieve their goals. It is our choice in life that determines what we will do with our values and virtues. We get deeply programmed in our childhood that we hardly recognize the unreal aspects of our personality. All the time we live a false life and we understand that is the best life we ever have.
The religions of the world consider God as the highest good and humans as incapable and insignificant beings that can never be perfect or without sin. Therefore to atone for the errors, the humans must do altruistic tasks to please the highest good God to forgive the sin committed. And if humans are altruistic, God should be pleased to allow them live a life on earth. Therefore, self-sacrifice is good from religious perspective. But it is not sensible to convince us.
Humans must use their reasons, that is their mind to think through the reality and then accept what gives happiness. We have individual goals and that individual goals must be pursued by us individually. The achievement of our goals give us the happiness that we are here on earth to enjoy. Therefore, we must be selfish in good sense to own all the wealth, prosperity, health, money, freedom etc.
We must create a new perspective to see our life and live a high standard of life. We must pursue our own dreams and live our dreams. There is no point of sacrificing our dreams in order to give a push to others' dreams. There are people who only like to mooch, cadge and be dependent on others for their well-being and that is actually sin because these people don't apply properly their skills, talents, abilities to harness the good things of life.
Be selfish enough to fulfil your goals so that you won't regret later in life. Be what you can be, have what you can be, enjoy however you can, live how you can and give how you can. It is all your life and your objective and there is nobody on your way to obstruct you. Be selfish in creating your own beautiful life story here on earth so that it will become a legacy.

We are the average of five people we hang around with!
People in our life do influence us. They programme us so much that they determine who we will become, what we will get, who we will marry, who will be our friends and what will be our life-style or standard of living. Jim Rohn often used to say that 'our income will be the average of the five closest people we spend our most time with'. This statement makes so much sense that there is no room for any doubt.
Prior to undertaking personal development, I used to have victim friends but now those victim friends are no longer in touch with me. I used to think they forgot me but later I understood that I had moved forward, I had grown up and made a substantial progress in gaining consciousness as a result my old friends remained where they used to be. Old friends do fade away as we gain greater consciousness. The spiritual laws of prosperity do work and I am glad I came to know Randy Gage who had posted his videos about prosperity on You Tube.
We are indeed the average of the five people we spend our most time with and as we hang around, they in turn influence our thinking, attitudes, behaviours, life-style, education and books we will read. It takes tons of education to unravel the old programs because it is not easy to unscramble the acquired habits. So be careful who you associate with and what they do for you in terms of attaining your goals, dreams and financial abundance.
If you want to become successful and rich, hang around with such people. If you don't have any personal chance to meet them physically, see them on the internet, download their photos, articles and think about them and take them as your mentors or coaches and you will be glad one day that you did this exercise. Similarly, you don't have to associate physically with successful and rich people, you just need to read their biographies over the internet and if you get an opportunity to buy books written by them you can read them and follow their insights and experiences to change your course of life.
Remember you can become millionaires and billionaires if you associate with such people though not physically but mentally reading and learning about them on the internet or books. Once you have gained enough consciousness or have become a kind of person that requires one to meet such people, you will have many opportunities to meet them during your life time. You will have friends from higher spectrum of society.
"You must constantly ask yourself these questions: who am I around? What are they doing to me? What have they got me reading? What have they got me saying? Where do they have me going? What do they have me thinking? And most important, what do they have me becoming? Then ask yourself the big question: Is that okay?" Jim Rohn

Know Thyself!
We usually ask around kids when they are in schools or colleges, what do you want to be when you grow up? What we generally mean here is what profession do you want to engage in to make a living and the reply we probably get is same the old cliché. Some kids say they want to be doctors, engineers, architects, athletes, executives and others say soldiers, teachers, government employees and still others don't clearly say what they want and very few rare kids say they want to be business owners.
The schools and colleges exclusively impart academic and professional education whereby they teach about being doctors, engineers, lawyers, architects etc and they don't educate about the inner cast of characters. The schools and colleges are designed to keep students ignorant about themselves because the school curriculum keeps them busy and tight that they hardly get time to explore their inner potentials and know their characters.
Robert Kiyosaki, in his book, "Rich Dad's Prophecy," mentions about different cast of characters. Inside each person there are a set of personalities or characters which determine the rest of our future life. The knowledge of inner characters that we display on a daily basis dictate who we will turn out to be in our profession. Therefore it is very important to figure out and know our real characters that operate with in order to conduct our routine businesses of life.
Inside each us, there is a kind of person such as a mean person, a greedy person, a rich person, a poor person, a coward, a crook, a hero, a liar, a lover, a loser, a winner, a victim, a victor, an offender, a leader, a follower, a servant, a master and many more personalities and characters which we act upon daily in a given situation.
It is very important to know these inner parts of you before you take up any profession in life. "A person's choice of character is far more important than a person's choice of profession." Robert Kiyosaki. The coward, greedy, rich or poor, hero or victor, victim or loser etc. will show up in the course of any profession. There are ample real examples of coward, greedy, rich, poor, victor, victim in the world. You can see the world of financial frauds, bribes, corruption, stealing etc. by very well dressed top executives to well established institutes everywhere displaying their cast of characters.
Lesson in characters that we play in our profession is very important and it is needed to keep our future generation a truthful and honest civilization. That is why 'know thyself' applies today to all of us look for job or employments. Whatever we are inside good or bad that we will reflect on the outside at our workplace or in our home. The characters we take upon to conduct the daily business do have some positive or negative impact on the society at large.
Know thyself is indeed required of us to be conscious of who really we are. It is important to be truthful and honest in our everyday transactions because when we tell the truth, truth really sets us free and gives harmony, happiness and a reason to live another day.
Teach the young children the cast of different characters so that they should never be misled in the event of emergency. Don't be surprised when the TV channels flash the breaking news of fraud or corruption by important leaders of the world. It is true that so many people were not conscious about their inner characters that they were hiding in them. Time and time again, those characters do overpower us and make us commit the bad or good whichever gets more focus or passion from our end. Therefore, know yourself enough and be true and honest with integrity.

Smile Big, Really A Big Smile:)
Most of us have heard at one time or another that a smile gives us a real boost. And we are told that smile is an excellent medicine for confidence deficiency. Smile really improves our confidence level and personal charm. There is a great positive reward in smiling and there are negative rewards in not smiling too. We can make a choose either to smile a little or smile big so that our real self can be seen.
We don't get anything by not smiling big, rather we get something be smiling big. You must observe people who have a big smile on their face and how they look appealing, confident, cheerful and honest. Remember you must give an honest smile not a fake one. Other people will easily know whether your smile is fake or real.
Smile should be natural and it should be practised at all times no matter what conditions or circumstances we find ourselves in at the time. Many of us have learned to earn our living, we have learned to raise our kids, we have learned to go shopping, go on vacation and even we have learned to do the balance sheet but we have never learned to smile big always.
When we don't smile we feel defeated, dejected or sad or unappreciated. But a big smile beats all fears, defeat, sadness and the negative thoughts. Real smile takes away our fears, doubts and generates new hopes and confidence. Therefore smile big and you will have a great happy day every time.
I really appreciate and I am proud of those people who possess wonderful smile on their face. I think I feel jealous of their broad smile. Never become self-conscious and even you have uneven set of teeth, never bother about that because that is the least you can imagine others will notice about you. Any big smile cuts through the barriers of personal deformity, smile is not deformed it is perfect and powerful. So bring out your big and true smile because you have a unique smile and that is very special.
I am not an expert in smile. But from my observation, I have learned that it is better to smile big because it creates some kind of magic and harmony among the surrounding. There is a neighbour near my home, that family hardly smile, they look serious and unwelcoming always. So when we don't smile, it doesn't attract goodness, kindness and friendship. It doesn't cost anything to smile, however it requires your efforts from your side. Smile can be learned through practice and if you do on a regular basis, you will one day appreciate the magic power of smile.
If you smile, your chances of success in life increases and guarantees whatever you desire to have in life. So make a commitment today to smile big. Smile until your teeth show. Let your even or uneven teeth show up to the world by smiling big. Smile makes everything look beautiful and nice. Your confidence will grow and you will be happy that you learned to smile big. Show that large-size smile and you will be on your way to flying high in spirit, zeal and achievement.
Say to yourself even when you are angry or don't feel like smiling,"I am going to smile big because I know the magic power of it." Smile Big :)

Have many big aspirations!
"There is no shame in having fallen. Nor any shame in being born into a lowly estate. There is only shame in not struggling to rise. And also shame for not wishing to attain the better. Or not dreaming about it and praying for it." Samuel Amalu
The world's fourth richest man, Laxmi Mittal, was born in a poor family. Twenty family members shared rooms, sleeping on rope beds and cooking on a brick oven in the backyard. The home town Sadulpur in Rajasthan, India was a very poor, very hard place to work and there was no electricity or piped water.
He was not ashamed of being born in a poor family. There was no shame at all because he had many big aspirations, big dreams and goals. He dreamed of better life and better things in life. Being born in a lowly estate didn't deter him from rising up and becoming the fourth richest man in the world.
Arnold Schwarzenegger, native of Austria made himself a body building champion, then a Hollywood star and now the Governor of California. What a journey in life he has taken. He attracted successes to himself by becoming the person that takes to be successful and enjoy good things of life.
The most successful people were not born with a silver spoon in their mouth.
They were not lucky or won lottery prize. They made to the top because they had many big aspirations, dreams and goals. They had definite purpose and that spurred them to achieve big results.

Get rid of your Doubts and Fears!
Doubts and fears will always cripple you if you don't get rid of them. You need to live through your Inner Spirit and not through your Flesh. If you pay attention to the spiritual power within you, then there is no fear or doubts coming to attack you. You can be certain that you won't doubt your abilities and you won't fear the unknown dreams.
H. Emilie Cady has rightly said, "each one of us has two regions of being--one the fleshly, mortal part, which is always feeling its weakness and insufficiency in all things, always saying, "I can't." Then at the very center of our being there is a something that, in our highest moments, knows itself more than conqueror over all things; it always says, "I can, and I will."
I worked as an employee for nearly four years and in the meanwhile I started my part-time business because I wanted to be an entrepreneur. While I was working full time in my job and part time in my fortune, I had a great level of confidence because everything was going well as planned. I said more often, "I can and I will." But when I decided to go full time in my business, suddenly I was overwhelmed with fears and doubts. My fleshy self i.e. my outer self felt incompetent and weak. I felt like going back to the safe job. The idea of safe and secure job came to my mind uncountable times.
When we operate from our mortal part, we can't really accomplish our goals. Therefore it is imperative that we should operate from the spirit which is the source of good things. We must achieve things in spirit first and then make it a reality. Though this seems hard and unreal, but it is really very encouraging to follow this law.
Doubts and fears have killed many talented men and women and they will kill many more dreams of people who operate through mortal being rather than spiritual realm. We need to be strongly grounded in the spirit and recognize the power of God which comes to us through the unseen means of spiritual vehicles.
You can overcome any fears and doubts when you are relying upon the spirit to perform the task for you. You have your own guiding principles and you must pay attention to it. Spirit gives life and power to pursue your dreams. Believe in the spirit and lead your life in spiritual planes.
