Stay With Your Goals

How many of us when unexpected circumstances occur have felt or rather feel like giving up at once than to stay with our goals and plans? The number is countless. We all at some point or other feel that we can't persevere in our goals and we choose the easy way to give up. There are some obvious reasons of course why we feel let down despite our proper planning and dreams. Here I would like to encourage all people to stay with their dreams and goals though going may turn out to be uphill.

The rewards are tremendous when you stay with your goals

As a saying goes, 'tough times never last but tough people do.' When you stay with your goals and plans, you by default gain manifold rewards for hanging in there despite all odds. Odds may seem to outnumber your rewards but wait, wait and still wait good things will emerge out of bad circumstances. For instance, all those who are enjoying the rewards of perseverance, dared to stay with their dreams, plans and goals. Likewise, you have got to believe that your rewards will come when you show the determination and discipline to stay with your dreams.

Your character, attitude and values would be reinforced and strengthened

Tough times make us strong and they reinforce our belief in ourselves. Once you are clear about your goals, no matter what may come, you won't waver because your character, attitude and values would be of those people who stay with their dreams and never give up. For example, success comes to people who have the patience to weather the storm because tough times make people stronger from within.

Dreams are realized when we don't fear but believe

If your goals and dreams are alluding you then there is one reason and that is you. You haven't trained yourself to believe in your goals as a result your fear takes a hold of your weakened soul and you no longer have self-confidence. It is better to believe than to fear; it is better to realize the dreams than to let them go to dogs.

This is the most valuable lesson I have picked up during my research, journey and experience. I am sure it supports your experience and thoughts too. Moreover, I urge you to stay with your goals till you have realized them one by one.

Invent, Innovate & Create

Human civilization, over the centuries has undergone a massive transformation and such transformation happened because people were inventors, innovators and creators. Look, what our inventive, innovative and creative minds have brought about a change in human civilization. Our inventive, innovative and creative minds are capable of both positive and negative use.

The second part of the 20th century has witnessed a big change in technological advancement than any period in history of mankind. Within this short period of 50-60 years we have successfully invented, innovated and created major things, which are having a big impact on human civilization. For example, computer technology has revolutionized the whole world tremendously that it has become a part of human existence.

Invent, Innovate and create - IIC, is going to play a major role down the line and it will continue to impact human civilization. I think, we are just at the beginning of the technological revolution. It is only at the initiation stage. Those who understand INNOVATION, INVENTION & CREATION - IIC will be masters of tomorrow's industries and organization.

I call upon every one to be a big player in invention, innovation and creation because future lies in them. Improve human civilization through invention, innovation and creation.

Democracy Re-defined!!!

Abraham Lincoln was a great leader and he tried to solve some pressing problems of his time. Mahatma Gandhi was a great leader and he too tried to solve some challenging problems of his time. Nelson Mandela is another great leader who solved some social and political issues. Likewise there are many good leaders who focused on solution more than the problems. These leaders succeeded in doing what they promised to do.

Abraham Lincoln made us understand what is real democracy. He defined "democracy is of the people, by the people and for the people." By this he meant the ordinary people who represent the masses with good spirits and intentions leading them to enjoy the abundance and goodness of this world.

The notion of democracy is totally misunderstood today. Considering today's economic and world situation all over, the definition I have coined suits the time well. I perceive democracy as this: "Today Democracy is of the Politicians, By the Politicians and For the Politicians Alone." The politicians don't represent the ordinary people today anymore rather they are the collective face of the Big organizations like Banks, Financial Institutes and Cartels. They are no longer the servants of the people though the different countries' constitution vehemently states so.

To solve today's economic crisis, we must understand the true meaning of democracy as explained by Abraham Lincoln. Democracy has been hijacked to favor the few who greedily desire to have dominion over others as it used to be during Kings and Queens era.

We who work in large organizations and spend our precious time to increase profits for them are merely the modern slaves of industrial and information age. Recent protests all over the world is a sign of discontent and we can't expect a change that we ordinary people hope to see. If there is a deal, it will be a show-off superficially to calm down the disturbed emotion. It will be like applying a cream to get rid of a scar on the skin.

The 21st century definition of democracy should be, "Democracy is of the common people, by the common people and for the common people" and by common people I mean the citizens because we run the countries by paying taxes. The leader shouldn't be a politician because he/she can't be a servant of the people. Leaders should emerge from the masses and not from the political parties.

Failures are influenced by the desire for pleasing methods and are inclined to be satisfied with such results as can be obtained by doing things they like to do. Be Part Of The Solution, Not Part Of The Problem!

"To solve any problem,
here are three questions to ask yourself:
First, what could I do?
Second, what could I read?
And third, who could I ask?"
Jim Rohn

Focus on the solution, not on the problem and you will emerge victorious in your endeavor. Majority of people obtain their academic education and they think that qualifies them to meet the challenges of life. But they are mistaken. Academic education is just a step towards meeting the challenges of life. From schools and colleges, people learn only about conscious mind. Conscious mind is small, reactive and performs only one function and many of us can do only one thing either to worry or expect the worst things to happen. And you know what happens - the worse thing occurs.

Change your focus on problem to focus on solution and your mind will respond to it positively. Because many people think about and talk about the pressing problems, they don't get any solution because they don't look for the solution. They pay their attention more on problems.

"Focus 90% of your time on solutions
and only 10% of your time on problems."
Anthony JD Angelo

Decide today to pay attention on the solution than problems and you will be happy for doing this activity. Solve the problems and don't feed the problems. When you take one step, thousands steps will be shown to you.

Be part of the solution and not part of the problem. Majority of people learn to be part of the problem than solution. The Government, banks, institutes, and others try to find short-term solution than long-term solution. They focus on the problem and apply quick-fix method to solve challenges. The problems disappear for a short time, but they quickly come back and attack the system harder than before.

"What we're saying today is that
you're either part of the solution or you're part of the problem."
Eldridge Cleaver

Today's economic crisis didn't happen overnight. Those who are responsible, tried to overlook the long-term impact and were content with short-term solution. These people were never part of the solution rather they were part of the problems.

Focus on the solution and you will solve any problems you encounter in your life. Focus with determination and passion, you will find the answers to your confusing questions. Rely more on your power to solve the problems than others to fix them for you. Use your subconscious mind to solve problems because it can perform trillions of functions at a time.

"For every problem there is a solution which is simple, clean and wrong."
Henry Louis Mencken

Never Ever Give Up On Your Dreams And Passions!!!

“Never, never, never, never give up.”

Winston Churchil

These days there are some financial challenges occurring all over the world and people are finding tough to move forward but I am here very optimistic enough to say to all my readers that even though going is tough, let tough get going. Never ever give up on your dreams and passions no matter what. If you are convinced on your dreams and passions, MARCH forward.

"All who have accomplished great things have had a great aim,
have fixed their gaze on a goal which was high,
one which sometimes seemed impossible."
Orison Swett Marden

Financial crisis began in 2007 and it will go on till 2016 or more and for that we must be vigilant and prepared to face the challenges. And it is the best time to pursue your own passions and interests. I hope that more and more people who are dissatisfied and desperate about life, follow their dreams and passions so that they can really live in abundance even in this economic downturn.

Many guides, coaches, mentors, trainers and leaders have often repeated this statement again and again, therefore you should remind yourself too when you face difficult challenges. Best thing is to believe in yourself, believe in your abilities, believe in your untapped potentials, believe in your goals, plans and you will shine and thrive surely.

"Magic is believing in yourself, if you can do that, you can make anything happen." Johann Wolfgang von Goethe

There is nothing much to say except this: never give up, hold on, keep going, you have strength, you possess the ultimate talent, you are valuable and wonderful. Go after your passion and never look back. Follow the path to your freedom. You are the solution and you are the problem. So be part of the solution and solve the problem.

Here are some excellent quotes to uplift your souls: I love them.

"Lots of people limit their possibilities by giving up easily.
Never tell yourself this is too much for me.
It's no use. I can't go on.
If you do you're licked, and by your own thinking too.
Keep believing and keep on keeping on."
Norman Vincent Peale

Our greatest weakness lies in giving up.
The most certain way to succeed is always to try just one more time.
Thomas Edison

Never give in, never give in, never; never; never;
never – in nothing, great or small, large or petty – never give in except to convictions of honor and good sense
- Winston Churchill

It's not that I'm so smart, it's just that I stay with problems longer.
~Albert Einstein

Don't be discouraged. It's often the last key in the bunch that opens the lock.
~Author Unknown

Problems are not stop signs, they are guidelines.
~Robert Schuller

Don't let the fear of the time it will take
to accomplish something stand in the way of your doing it.
The time will pass anyway;
we might just as well put that passing time to the best possible use.
~Earl Nightingale

You don't become enormously successful
without encountering and overcoming
a number of extremely challenging problems."
Mark Victor

"Great works are performed,
not by strength, but by perseverance."
Dr. Samuel Johnson

The Present Financial Institutes Are The Modern Temples Of Money!!!

Ancient Babylonian laws indicate clearly that the ancient temples occupied the most important positions. It received income from its estates, from tithes and other fixed dues, as well as from the sacrifices (a customary share) and other offerings of the faithful—besides money and permanent gifts.

The temples became great granaries and storehouses and were also the city archives. The temple had its responsibilities. The poor farmers came to the temple to borrow seed, grain, or supplies for harvesters etc. The king's power over the temple was not proprietary, but administrative. The king borrowed from it but repaid like other borrowers. The similar phenomena we see in the present context where governments of the world have no proprietary over financial institutes other than administrative. The governments have been restricted and kept outside the temple of money. They can avail the services of temple by borrowing money on the promise to pay back the debt with interests.

The present federal monetary system of the world acts like the modern temple of money. It is independent of state's interference but acts as the banker for the government and people. It is the modern god of people and money. It supplies all the money and creates money out of thin air like magic.

The point I want to make here is this: we have adopted the same old system of Babylonian laws to solve our present socioeconomic condition. I suppose that it is not the best invention and discovery of mankind so far. It is merely an imitation and you know there is nothing new for the new world and new context. We have been sweeping the dirt with old brooms and old brooms can't sweep properly all the dirt away. We have borrowed this idea and it is not serving its people properly.

Humans have reached great breakthroughs in technology, innovation, machinery and softwares, can't we reach another breakthrough in 'financial technology' which can guarantee the society to lead a worthy life of praise, honour and respect? Most certainly yes, we can innovate a system that caters to everybody's needs and surly it will be a successful existence on the earth.

Why not reform our present federal monetary system which has derailed the world economy and through quantitative easing aka printing more and more money that has only depleted the money value so much that there is hyper-inflationary like uncomfortable situation? If smart people are able to invent internet, google, youtube, facebook, spacecraft, rocket, nuclear energy etc then surely we will be able to figure out ways to solve economic crisis with new technology that suits the humanity best. Let's look forward to the new dawn of discovery, innovation, invention and change and transformation.
