Forgive Yourself And Others To Receive Health, Wealth, Happiness and Peace!

To forgive yourself and others is not a religious thing. It is an spiritual act and you must consider it to be a tonic for good health, wealth, happiness and peace. Forgiveness is a very powerful tool to let go pent up emotions, grudges, anger, doubts, enmity and other bitter experiences of life. It essential to learn how to forgive people everyday so that there will be an empty space for good things to come in.

Forgiveness is a law and when applied can solve any daunting problems and heal any health issues. People suffer from poverty, lack and misfortune because they hoard within them all the grudge, anger, bitterness and ill-feelings that they encounter sometime or the other in life. You must never store the negative energies because negative energies will drive away all the good things that are on your way.

Learn to empty yourself of all the negative experiences and release them completely by forgiving. You don't need the negative energy to keep you alive. You need the positive energy to provide you all that you desire to have. So there is no goodness in having all that you don't desire to have.

For instance, people suffer from various illnesses because they have within them the negative energies which turn into poisonous toxins and eat up the cells and erode the immune system slowly. People don't know why they are falling sick or why their illness is not getting healed.

When there is no discord in the body, there can be harmony and positive flow of energies and they can create only health, happiness and peace. You must make a separate time, may be half an hour everyday to release your negative toxins from body by forgiving those who hurt you or make you feel unworthy.

Empty yourself as much as you can to welcome the prosperity, abundance, health, wealth, peace and happiness. Foster the positive energies, the positive experiences and the positive thoughts to avoid disease, anger and toxins. Anger, grudges and negative emotions are more powerful destructive tools than allowing love, friendship, peace, understanding and forgiveness to control your life.

Forgive yourself first. Forgive others second but do forgive in order to experience health, wealth, love, happiness and peace. If you don't enjoy a good health, wealth, happiness, love and peace, it is only because you are not releasing the negative energies to go from you. When the room is full and cluttered, nothing new can come in or stay. It is important that you got to release the things that you don't want and welcome the things that you do want.

Keep forgiving every day and you will keep receiving all the good health, wealth, happiness, peace and love. Try this simple principle but hard to do. However if you want to experience good things, you need to release the hard feelings and emotions. Don't ever hold on for a day or two because it will multiply in numbers and become a heavy load to carry. With such a heavy load you will be defeated and dejected in life. So better learn to forgive as much as you can everyday.

Learn To Control Your Emotions!

People come under the influence of many kinds of emotions on a daily basis and it is at times very hard to keep them under control. Humans are emotional beings and if they are not matured and educated, they can easily be misled by emotions that don't serve our purpose. It is very important to detach oneself from some negative emotions that control us yet don't serve us well.

Vincent Van Gogh said, "Let's not forget that the little emotions are the great captains of our lives and we obey them without realizing it." Many people are ruled by negative emotions more than the positive emotions of joy, love, peace, health. So why not learn to have those feelings and emotions which you want to express on the daily basis. If you don't do your homework to control and understand your emotions, you can easily lose your control and thus your moods can be influenced negatively.

On a daily basis, you may be encountering many people and different events at odd hours of the day and you will never feel the same all the time. Sometimes, your anger may take hold of you suddenly when others don't agree with your ideas and opinions. You may scream at them and only to feel sorry later for the sudden outburst. There is a way to control your emotion and you can easily respond positively to any events at any point of time.

Steven Covey writes in his book, 'The seven habits of highly effective people' that we should not react to an event negatively rather we should be proactive meaning we should respond positively to any circumstances. In other words, if somebody suddenly cuts in front of you while driving, you don't have to yell or vent your anger, you just need to be cool, calm and happy. Here you have a choice to vent your anger or show a big smile. If you smile at them, that will make a big difference to you and others.

Instead of reacting to criticism, negative remarks and disagreement, you must choose to be proactive. You can choose to be polite, cool and gentle. This way you can control your emotions and lead a happy life always. Carl W. Buechner once said, "They may forget what you said, but they will never forget how you made them feel." This is very important in life because this is what you want to feel and experience in your life.

In order to conclude, I would like to quote here Lakshmi Mittal, a billionaire who said this, "
At the end of the day you have to keep emotions away." Learn to control your emotions that don't serve your purpose and revive those emotions that spur you to positive action. Be proactive and be responsible. Act and don't react to any events abruptly. Take a deep breath and respond politely. Show a sign of maturity.
