As children, we received tons of programmings regarding money, education, health, friendship, spirituality, emotions and many other influencing factors of life. We didn't decide and choose what to learn, when to learn, how to learn and why to learn. We were simply spoon fed because we didn't know anything much when we depended upon others for our learning and growth.
The early part of education that we acquired through our parents, relatives, friends, education institutes, media and other sources filled one stage of our learning needs and we devoured anything that came our way. But as adults all the knowledge and education that we have received so far won't contribute much to the dreams and goals that we want to accomplish. Here are some helpful guidelines that we can follow in order to create an ideal life style worthy of our efforts and time.
1. Unlearn and relearn what we have been programmed in our childhood.
As kids we were programmed by a host of people around us while we were tender and growing in age. We as kids assumed everything to be normal and noble even though things were not right. We learned to pray and go to church or temples. As adults we are supposed to unlearn what we accumulated during our upbringing and relearn the stuffs that we supposedly should learn again. for instance while we were small we heard a lot of negative programmings about the subject of money at home and we formed our own ideas about it. Those ideas are affecting us so much today that we resent or repel the abundance that we should attract.
The subconscious mind has received all kinds of programming languages that we reap our external results based on our inner conditioning. Let's unlearn the things we assumed as true but they are not true according to our understanding and experience. If we unlearn the old and relearn the new, we can create a great revolution in our personal life. I can't unlearn and relearn the things for you. It is only you who must examine deeply to figure things out.
2. Let's Educate and Re-educate ourselves constantly.
To obtain big and new results we must educate ourselves constantly about all the things that are related to our growth and development. We got to re-educate ourselves for the acquired knowledge may not be supporting us in our efforts to pursue the desired goals. Education is a life long process and it is our duty to acquire true and real knowledge and information. The best way to live in truth and fairness is to re-educate our philosophy, attitudes, imagination, mind, thinking and belief systems.
We may think we have received good education from the best schools, colleges and university but they are purely academic in nature and they won't help much as they touch only our left brain leaving the right brain uneducated and unattended. So take a few minutes of time to think about the education you have received and weigh whether they are applicable or not.
3. Reprogram your programmed mind and imprint abounding health, prosperity and happiness.
Reach out to your hard drive and write new programs. The programs here mean the list of goals that you want to accomplish during your life time. You better imprint the list of goals or goal programs on the hard drive of your computer, your brain, which will determine the greater outcomes of your life.
You can easily uproot the old programming,if you are disciplined enough to take action regularly. You must pay full attention to sufficiently imprint the new list of programs or goals so that they get registered in the deeper part of your unconscious brain. Any success that you are looking for will come with the ability to imprint your goals and nobody is better qualified and equipped than yourself.
So reprogram your computer by imprinting the new life, new attitude, goals and prosperity that you want with all your heart, mind and soul. The value of a good education doesn't count much here. What counts the most is the programs in your mind.
To sum up, we must consistently re-educate, unlearn and reprogram our old programs, habits, attitudes and thoughts so that we can enjoy the abounding health, wealth and happiness through out our life. We must super-concentrate our mind power to install the major goals we desire strongly.

Create in your mind first what you want
Energizing quote
"Visualize this thing you want. See it, feel it, believe in it. Make your mental blueprint and begin." Robert Collier
Energizing question
Do I really see in my mind what I want?
Session
Before you can achieve your goals you need to visualize it in your mind. You must really see it, feel it, and believe in it as if it is true.
People who achieve great successes first picture in their mind. They first achieve what they want in their inner mind and go on to make it real on the outside.
Michelangelo, before creating a masterpiece of David out of a stone, impressed in his mind, saw in his mind David clearly and the rest is a history. What is impressed is well expressed. Albert Einstein rightly said, “Imagination is more important than knowledge.”
God left the world unfinished in many ways for people to exercise their imaginative creative mind. Imagination makes things possible and mere knowledge undermines what is possible. Through knowledge we know that humans couldn’t fly, humans couldn’t land on the moon, couldn’t climb the highest oxygen less mountain, or message couldn’t be transmitted without wire, but imagination has really made things possible.
Visualize vividly, intensely, more often of what you want to achieve and where you want to go, what you want to have or be.

Don't jump into the rat race immediately!
Millions of students graduate from the universities all over the world every year and you know what they do, they immediately look for jobs because they conform easily to the conventional wisdom and culture. They search for jobs that provide some kind of financial security for lifetime. They join the workforce without much thinking and research and soon they begin to dislike their work. They curse for the bare minimum pay checks that they get month after month. For these graduates I have a piece of advice to give, before you look for a job, think hard, think enough, think big and think smart in order to understand your true desires.
Before you look for a job, think big and think smart.
The students who look for jobs, easily get carried away by the idea of having safe and secured jobs for life time. But they fail to see the truth. The moment they look for jobs, they decide to hand over their body, energy, time, skills and talents for their employers who would reap the highest rewards of their labour but pay them the minimum salaries and not only that the Governments would take the greater part of their salary in the form of direct and indirect taxes. Their salaries may be very high but take home is minimum. If they really understand this truth, they would never look for jobs immediately after they graduate from their universities. They can make some choices and be creative in doing something part-time rather than full time.
Graduate students think big, don't limit your capabilities and abilities. You are equipped with talents and skills to chart out your own course of work, if you think smart and enough. So before you look for jobs may be while you're still in the university, think for yourself many options and draw a plan to realize your thought out dreams and goals. Don't just jump into the rat race because others are doing so. Consider other available options, which may be the best for you.
Before you look for a job, work harder on yourself first.
Students who are in the universities all over the world hardly get time to sharpen their non-academic skills and abilities. They are busy studying and preparing for their final examination to get high grades and that they have no free time to pursue their other interests. They are working hard for the future companies that they would be working for yet not developing their basic skills. They think their certificates would promise them jobs.
The best thing the graduate students can do is to work harder on themselves first, hone their specific skills and talents to reap greater rewards later in life. They can attend some seminars or find some mentors to train them in specific areas of interests. If they work harder on themselves, they will qualify for higher and greater rewards because their refined skills will promote them.
Work part-time on your fortune and full-time on your jobs if you can.
I see people going for work every morning and I get intrigued because they all work full time for their employers and they hardly get time to pursue their childhood dreams and desires. They mind their employers' businesses more than their own business. They don't mind working for others 16 hours a day but they hesitate to invest the some amount of time in building their fortune. They are ready to work for the living pay check to pay check but not ready for the passive income that would come without working much.
Learn to follow the unconventional wisdom.
People are born into the conventional world without much knowledge and experience. The children are so small that they can hardly know what is conventional wisdom and what is unconventional wisdom. But they all learn and pick up the values, beliefs, philosophies, languages, skills and attitudes of the conventional wisdom deliberately or unknowingly and conventional wisdom becomes their operating system entire life time. The students who graduate from the university, also receive the conventional education and no wonder why they want to be a part of rat race. Those who defy the conventional wisdom and culture, they shine out in the world and achieve their true desires. So learn to follow the unconventional wisdom so that your happiness can be everlasting.
In conclusion, I would reaffirm the aforementioned points that before graduates look for jobs they must consider many available options which are suitable and original. They must not have only one plan to be a part of rat race. They must be creative and innovative to pursue their own ultimate desires. Don't jump into the rat race just like that. Think hard and smart. Don't conform to the conventional wisdom in this changing time.

Growth is life!
Energizing quote
"Only in growth, reform and change, paradoxically enough, is true security to be found." Anne Morrow Lindbergh
Energizing question
Do I consider growth, reform and change important in my life for freedom, abundance and true security?
Session
Many 500 fortune companies started off with little resources and they were small at start-ups moreover today they have grown up to be giant companies providing employment to thousands of people and undertaking business transactions in billions annually.
These 500 fortune companies are big today because they grew repeatedly; they reformed their policies and changed their strategies or goals to expand further. Because these companies recognized the importance of growth, reform and change, they are multinationals doing business all over the world.
Human beings have to pass through a series of growth, reform and change in life in order to enjoy freedom, abundance and security. The infant grows to childhood to adulthood to old age and these are stages of growth, reform and change in order to facilitate freedom, abundance and security.
Personal development brings growth, reform and change in an individual. People learn new skills, reform their scripts and change their beliefs or attitudes and all these lead to growth of an individual.
People who grow fast, change their attitude and reform their ways, they enjoy financial freedom, abundance, health, happiness and security. Those who refuse to grow, reform or change; they hamper their chances of great success, health and happiness.
Look around you and learn from people who are rich and successful, they constantly kept on growing, reforming and changing whatever areas of life they wanted and as a result they keep getting good results.
Reliance Industries’ mission statement says, “Growth is life.” And we know well about Reliance industries what it has become today. That is what I mean by growth, reform or change.
If you grow, wealth will grow; if you don’t grow, your chances of achieving success and wealth vanish in the dark.
Winning beliefs
1. I always want to grow more and more.
2. I constantly change and reform my beliefs, values and attitudes.
3. I do believe growth is life.
4. I advance and enhance my life daily.

The Power Education!
We are very familiar with the concept of general education where we receive academic and professional education right from our childhood onwards. But we have not gained much familiarity about 'the Power Education' that I am going to discuss here. Power education includes life education and life education contains many important areas of human development.
1. Health Education
The world is filled with people who are suffering from various diseases, which are curable and non-curable in nature. Why do you think people contract diseases of various kinds? What are they lacking in their lives? The obvious answer is health education. We have seen hospitals, clinics and other health centres mushrooming in every street corner of the city and number of doctors, nurses and physicians are increasing greatly too.
We have many doctors and hospitals, but we don't provide health education to 6 billion plus human population who are ignorant of various diseases. The government has no separate plans to educate the masses about the health issues. Who should be responsible for health education?
we are well aware of the fact that many people all over the world are falling sick due to negligence of their eating habits. The availability of fast and instant foods in every corner of the street makes people consume anything without much thinking and knowledge. The few regular errors in judgements cost people so much in health care expenses. People have to pay through their nose which they could have actually avoided if they had health education. Educate yourself about health and practice some good habits and disciplines. Do some regular exercises and meditation.
2. Financial Education
The recent recession has caused a massive damage to the human confidence and self-esteem level. People are jobless, broke and uncertain about their financial future. Why this crisis has emerged in the first place? It is only because of the lack of financial education. People are educated academically and professionally but they don't have any financial literacy to acquire financial abundance.
Lack of financial education has left people with no retirement savings and they are having the greatest nightmares of their life. If people had acquired financial education, they would have easily bailed themselves out. Having financial education is the need of the hour in this 21st century.
3. Spiritual Education
People are living their life without any purpose and directions. They seem to know everything and that they understand the origin of universe. People hardly realize that they are first spiritual beings in the mental and physical body. There is no adequate knowledge and understanding about the concept of spirituality. Having spiritual education will enable one to have all that one's soul desires. Think very carefully about the need of spirituality in your life.
4. Relationship Education
The divorce rate is accelerating all over the world in this century that from young couples to old ones are walking out of their sacred relationships. People are no longer staying committed and loyal to their partners. Each partner is cheating on their spouse that it seems in the first place these people should not have got married at all. These errors in relationship are occurring because of lack of education about relationship. The schools and colleges don't teach about life education, so the children don't learn anything about it. They only learn how to ditch one another after falling in love and when they get married they repeat the same habits again.
5. Mental Education
People's attitudes are either positive or negative but we will mostly find negative attitudes prevailing everywhere. There is no mental education as such and because of this people are not trained to think, imagine, visualize and understand one's operating system- the brain. They don't have the correct information about the beauty and magnificent power of human brain. Many people doubt their capability and ability to excel in life. If people acquire mental education, they can expand their reality and put on a new attitude to lead a happy life.
6. Emotional Education
Many people are either stressed out or discouraged due to lack of understanding of human emotion. People are never taught about the power of emotion in human existence. People must be taught to emotionalize the things that they desire to accomplish during their lifetime. I am sure, anger, fear, doubt, disbelief, lack of confidence, unforgiveness etc. can be easily controlled by individuals if they had been provided with emotional education.
7. Skills Education
Observe at the work place where people are working and busily doing their respective jobs. How many of them are fit to get promotion on the basis of their skill development? Again think of the graduate students looking for jobs, how many of them possess necessary skills to succeed and compete at work place?
There are few people who reach to the pinnacle of great success in life and it is because they developed their skills by gaining right education and information. Today all skills can be easily learned and acquired if people are willing to take upon themselves the self-education.
The aforementioned 'Power Education' are the fundamental requirements of this present time. The students must be taught about life education more than the academic and professional education if they really seek to succeed in life. Power Education is the answer to all existing problems in the world. Education solves the mysteries and provides necessary guidance, wisdom and ideas. So before you look for jobs, please acquire the 'Power Education' to empower and qualify you to claim your better life.

To be a winner choose your own Guide, Coach and Mentor!
To be a winner in life, we must have our own guides, coaches and mentors who can truly steer us to the path of success that we seek. The successful men and women had their own guides, coaches, mentors and role models who paved the way for them. It is necessary today to have guides, coaches and mentors directly and indirectly, even if we don't have one.
In the Hindu epic Mahabharata of ancient India, there is a dynastic struggle for the throne between two collateral branches of the family Kaurava and Pandava. In this great battle the Pandavas are ultimately victorious. The Pandavas won the battle because they had the Lord Krishna who was their charioteer as well as the guide, coach and mentor in the great battle. The Pandavas had found in the Lord Krishna, guide, coach and mentor who spearheaded the whole battle to victory. The interesting part is that the five Pandavas believed in the Lord Krishna's teachings and directions.
On the other hand the Kauravas didn't really have guides, coaches and mentors and even if they had, they didn't follow their teachings and directions. They were one hundred in numbers while the Pandavas were only five, so they thought they would easily win but they were mistaken they didn't know about the power of wisdom and directions.
Similarly, in real life too, if we don't have role models who inspire us, guide us, coach us, mentor us and motivate us to pursue our dreams and goals, then we won't be victors rather we would be losers in life. People without role models are like people with no radar system.
In the ancient time, people believed in God to be their source of everything. They prayed, meditated and did penance to please God in order to help them have what they wanted. In the ancient Bible, Moses and other prophets became people's guides, coaches and mentors to live a better and worthy life.
Today we can learn a lot from others who are successful in any particular field that we want to succeed. We only need to follow their insights, wisdom and philosophy and make our own until they produce great results. So search your own guides, coaches, mentors to reach your destination faster.

Money is very important in life!
If people ask me whether money is important or not, my answer will be yes, money is important and it is a great leverage in the period we live today. The world has adopted the monetary systems of currency and it is important to play the games of new rules. We can't deny the fact that we don't need money.
I asked around many people and they didn't think money was important for them. Their answers were, 'oh, money is not everything.' I get their views, but they commit a fallacy regarding the importance of money as a leverage. They see from one side of the coin.
I want to talk about the importance of money and its ability as a leverage to live a better life.
1. Why money is important?
Money is important today for a number of reasons. Every body has their own unique understanding and idea about money. Each may be right in their own rights. However let's explore, why money is really important today?
As we know, people have evolved over the years in doing businesses. In the past people had barter system of exchange of goods and services, then people moved to more sophisticated system to meet the needs of the emerging economic evolution. The gold became the foundation of our modern economic system. People traded with gold because they considered it to be valuable. Then in 20th century, they took the gold standard off and created a fiat currency system to facilitate increasing business transactions. This is the current monetary system all over the world.
To own a house, car, bike, real estates, businesses etc. we need fiat currency guaranteed by the governments of the world to purchase all of them. If we don't have enough money, we can't have all that we want. The food, clothes, shelter and other luxury things could not be afforded in the absence of money. Money is very important to feed the family, kids, children and everybody. If there is no money, we can't go to the restaurant to eat nice delicacies. We can't buy lovely dresses, we can't travel to lovely places around the world, we can't build the skyscrapers. We can't construct the flyovers, the roads, the bridges, the schools, the hospitals and we can't have the computer and internet connections, mobile phones.
In short, money is important to buy what we need as well as what we want in life. There are people who think money is not everything. They are not moving with the time and not following the changing trends. They want to stay in the old civilization where there was no money at the time. For them money was not everything. Today money is car, travel, vacation, house, farm, education, health, entertainment, comfort, relaxation, satisfaction and many more.
If people don't want to use the modern technology, then for them money doesn't mean much. But I have learned through the experiences and come to the conclusion that money is important today. It is necessary to lead a good life. It is necessary to do some thing. I grew up in poverty. My parents couldn't afford a high standard of living in spite of their hard work. My father did a labouring job when I was a little boy. He hardly earned enough for the family in the beginning and my mother had nothing to cook and feed her two children. The lack of money was a big problem in our family. But as my brother and I grew up and attended the school, the situation slightly improved. We had enough food to eat, to go to school or to buy clothes etc.
I learned a valuable lesson that we shouldn't buy others' conclusion about the world, money, health, wealth, education. We must follow and make our own conclusion about them. Being born in a poor family, I understand the importance of money. Due to lack of money, my brother couldn't complete his university studies instead he made it possible for me by dropping his plans off because our parents couldn't afford university expenses though we were smart boys. Likewise, there are millions of students who lack monetary support to pursue their dreams but they can't do so because of the reason so obvious.
Money is important because it facilitates people, it educates the kids, it feeds the hungry, it buys all kinds of informative and educative books for students, it helps to travel to another country to acquire knowledge and education. I don't understand, why some people think money is not everything and it is not important. May be they have some unique stories to share. Of course, I do know their reasoning and calculation but I don't agree with them in this 21st century.
Those who think money is important, they have plenty and they can afford things that they want based on their choices. Money has become a servant for them. Money is a leverage for them to lead a prosperous life. Whether they are happy or sad, it is not the point here, the point is whether they consider money as important or not.
I have come to the conclusion that money is very important today because it is a great leverage. Money must be used, it must be circulated and if it is not circulated it is worthless. People have invented money system to assist all of us to have a great lifestyle which our creator wants us to be.
2. How money is important?
Money is important today because it has been made as the most essential commodity of modern human civilization. We are living in the greatest time of human civilization. We are technologically advanced society and we have become sophisticated in terms of business transaction, philosophy, lifestyle, education, attitudes and thoughts.
Money is like blood in our body, which circulates 24/7 and we know that if the blood doesn't circulate in our body, we won't be alive. Likewise, the circulation of money in the economy is must for any country to be alive and active economically. When there is less flow of money, there is recession or inflation and we understand how inflations, deflation, recession and depression impact the existence of human beings on this earth. People lose their jobs as a result earn no money for the family to feed on.
Since money is injected in our modern economic system, we can't deny it is not important. If we had followed gold standard, then fiat currency won't have any value. But it is the defining factor of any economy today.
3. When money is important?
Money is important throughout our life. Money is needed when we go to buy groceries, fish, chicken, meat, fruits, clothes, cars, planes, travel tickets, computers, ipods etc. Money is needed to get admission in the schools, colleges, seminars. Money is needed when we want to start businesses or make some investments in various portfolios.
Money is needed to pay for taxes, electricity, water, hospitals, roads, employees, workers and many other things. The functions of money are deeply rooted. It is everywhere. It is needed every time. It is required and used 24/7.
Do you use money to exchange something? If you do, you will know when you need it and why you need it. Religions have spoiled the people by speaking bad about money. Religious leaders have no problem, when they receive huge sums of money, but they preach or teach against money. Why do they do that? They are harming the people by discouraging them to earn decent money. The love of money is not the root of all evils in the world. Of course, there are greedy men and women, who rob or steal others' money and wealth out of jealousy, but money doesn't become bad by itself. It is the individuals who are bad because they operate on account of bad philosophy and beliefs.
4. For whom money is important?
Money is important for everybody. Money is important for a child to buy some candies, toys, books, snacks, pens or pencils. Money is important for parents to buy groceries, clothes, fruits, vegetables, to provide education fees for the children and visit the doctors when they fall sick. Money is important for the entrepreneurs who want to start new businesses or make some investments. Money is important for the governments to improve countries' infrastructure and other institutes. Money is important for religious leaders to feed their stomach, to run their organization etc. Money is important for employers to pay salaries and money is important for the employees to run and manage their respective families.
You see money is important for every body. Even the beggar needs money to survive otherwise he won't be standing by the roads to ask for some dimes. Money is important for survival and living today.
Once you have created the consciousness and understanding about money, it will be attracted to you if you consider it important in your life. So decide today to make your own conclusion about money and yearn to have abundance and prosperity in your life.
Finally, poverty is a big sin preached by the religions and it is a big issue for the governments of the world to exploit poor people for their benefits. If there were no poverty in the world, the governments wouldn't be voted to power. The educated and highly rich people don't reguire the governments in actuality, since there is a system like that they comply with the system for their advantage.
Poverty is not a mystery like God which can't be solved. It is resolvable and solvable. It can be eradicated from the face of the earth. We have enough resources. We have developed advanced technology to cultivate crops, to study the weather systems, to irrigate the fields, to finance the system we have created banking institutes but why don't we succeed in removing poverty?
Poverty is there in the world because our great political leaders and other influential figures wish things to be that way and nothing more. A scientist who is able to study about the stars, galaxies, the big bang, the black holes and understand how the universe originated, can't he study and know how poverty could be eradicated? Of course, he can but he won't because there is a system which doesn't allow the solutions.
Money is important for the poor, the old age people, the orphanage, the AIDS patients, the hungry, the sick and also for the healthy human beings. Money is important because it is a leverage to get the needful things. I guess it throws some light to the subject much debated.
